JOIN US ON A ROADTRIP THAT'S SURE TO BE A LITTLE DIFFERENT.

This year, PEMCO Insurance is sending teams of genuine Northwest-loving people to community events and activities across the state. Some are in support of a good cause, some just sound like a good time - but either way, we hope you'll stop by and say hi. Look for us wherever you see the big green PEMCO van. And if we miss each other, drop us a note here and tell us what's on your mind.

Remember, there's no place quite like home, especially this time of year. So get out there and enjoy!

Streaming and Mapping and Sharing, Oh My!

March 11, 2010 11:23am

As you may have noticed, we've made some changes to how we can connect with our friends, neighbors and customers.  We're excited to officially introduce you to our new and improved corporate and community websites.

PEMCO's community site, werealotlikeyou.com, has always been home to the host of Northwest Profiles from the "We're A Lot Like You. A Little Different." ad campaign.  Now, not only have we added some brand new features, we've enhanced site functionality to make content easily shared. Many visitors already have taken advantage of our more user-friendly site, and several original Northwest Profiles have emerged including "Social Media Mac-Obsessed Tweeting Guy," "First Time Crib Escaper" and "Broken Umbrella Commuter." Of course I couldn't resist so I've created one, too – "Tuckered Out Coeur'd Alene Paddle Boaters."

You also can view a calendar of local events, watch and listen to our ads, learn about recent community activities, and pinpoint where you've spotted notorious Northwest Profiles across Washington.

Our corporate site, pemco.com, also recently was redesigned. Now the site features PEMCO customer, employee, and community agent stories, a live tweet stream from our @PEMCO Twitter handle, and (something we're very excited about) an easy and intuitive solution for buying auto insurance online.  We're eager to share all of the changes with you and thrilled to provide our new and existing customers better access to PEMCO products and services.

If you have a minute, swing by these new sites, take a tour of the features, and drop us a comment here on our blog to let us know what you think.

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts!
